Please provide the number of adults and children and their gender. You may include infants, dogs, or cats as well. Max icons per token is 9. If you choose to include children's ages, icon size will be adjusted to reflect where possible. You may include names with each member or provide a family name. For larger families, you may order multiple tokens to complete your family. Example of detail input provided in the text box.

Shipping & Returns

Story Box ships most items within 5-7 business days via USPS Priority mail.  Expedited shipping is available  at checkout for an additional fee.

All orders are checked for quality and accuracy before shipment. Returns or exchanges are accepted for frames that are in original condition. Custom items will be replaced if they are defective in materials or workmanship. All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
